Currently, updatejs runs all three install/update/prune commands.
It would be nice if a user could specify -iu for example, to only run update and install, but not prune.
Currently, updatejs only runs the npm "iup" commands in the root folder, and only runs bower "iup" commands in the first folder where bower.json is found.
It would be nice to add the -r option, and the recursively repeat that in all subfolders where package.json and bower.json are found.
