e.g. rain 5 and @cooldoge rain 5 are equivalent. May want to lock down to avoid mistaken actions.

When picking some random winners for the rain, the bot sometimes picks himself. We should exclude it...

Because why not?

Reasons:

• do not need to invite to channel
• can run private commands e.g. balance without having to go to PM with @cooldoge

Currently if a new user joins the channel and the server is running, the cooldoge won't create a wallet for the newly joined user. In order to make it work we need to restart the server.

The bot should automatically create a new wallet for users that join the channels. Temporary patch? create a /reload command, to refetch the users.

If you try to send a message to cooldoge and has malformed syntax, it will fail.

It would be cool to have a more "human" feeling from the boot. Perhaps using better regexs, parsing methods and even api.ai (now dialogflow.com) if you feel fancy :D

It should be possible to tip multiple users like so: @cooldoge tip @alice and @bob 10.

Currently block_io uses callbacks. Let's promisify the library 🚀

E.g when someone calls random this is what shows up : "Much luck @12837USD, wow you..."
