GitHub action to release a KiCad addons to the metadata repository
This action automates the steps of the recommended workflow for publishing addons. So, to use this action, you need to have :
if deploy == true the system should check if all the parameters for the connection to gitlab have been provided and are correct
currently a standard "metadata.json updated" is used which is really not that informative
create the metadata file straight from this action
detect the latest/highest tag and create the new one incrementing by 1 (e.g latest v0.0.99 create v0.0.100)
currently a metadata (with empty fields, but the full structure) is needed and must be provided by the plugin repo
this enhancement will make so that no file is needed a-priori, but everything is generated by the action at runtime
