Nydusd remains until the image is deteled.

Only removing the container might not result in removing the snapshots and stopping nydusd which corresponds to the uppermost container image layer.
In fact, containerd is managing snapshots' lifecycle rather than nydus-snapshotter. Ensure the below resources are not referencing the nydus snapshots.
