Whenever I do a bundle exec middleman server and open localhost:4567, the page shows:
File Not Found
/

Is this expected? Or do I have to create a markdown file with content first?
The readme/wiki do not explain which file contains the content one should edit. There are a number of different index.md files in a variety of locations, so it isn't obvious.

If this isn't expected, what are some common troubleshooting steps to solve this issue? I'll be glad to contribute some troubleshooting topics to the wiki if you point me in the right direction.

http://localhost:4567/__middleman displays the correct information.
