Using Conda for simpler env menagement. ```conda create -n ENV_NAME``` of course for Windows there have to be some problems so if conda install is not foud add this to path C:\Users\username\anaconda3\Scripts C:\Users\username\anaconda3 C:\Users\username\anaconda3\Library\bin Or just don't use powershell.
