Compatibility with autoform 5.0

Will this work as is with autoform 5.0 and higher? If so, can you change the dependency so I can use it with the latest (5.1.2 at this time). Thanks!

Incompatible with autoform 5.0

The current package descriptor prevents autoform from being upgraded to 5.0. Not sure if it actually breaks the code though.
