Issues with Herkules KSZ 2100 about do-something HOT 4 CLOSED

I took the saw apart once again and was able to improve the sliding mechanism by rearranging the balls in the bearings so that the bottom rows are full (one ball seemed to be missing and could have caused the problems).

A second ball is currently missing as I displaced that until the saw was reassembled again - I doubt it would help without the other missing one so I've just kept it on my bench and did not risk opening the bearings again. I might have some spare balls at home, will check when I get the chance...

@Pakue95 re-installed the end of the blade guard with some epoxy adhesive.

The saws' crappy cast iron fence is cracked and far from straight.

short-term fix: place a non-bending strip behind flat workpieces...

repair suggestion: thick piece of multiply to replace the fence completely

long-term: replace the saw!

Manu made a new fence from Siebdruckplatte - @Johannes09 you had suggestions for further improvements, could you share them here please? They all sounded easily done when you told me, but I forgot the details.

The new fence no longer supports the clamp (which was often suboptimal anyway), so we should get - or make! - a "10 Million Dollar Stick" for the dangerous cuts through small pieces. When we have it, its use should also be explained and required in the chop saw introduction.
