A Rust command line basic calculator

You can pass your input your values to be computed directly to the program as additional arguments as you run the program.
An example is
cargo run -- 233 + 22
The output of running the program above is 255
Included operations are addition(+), subtraction(-), division(/), multiplication(*, x, X) and modulus(%)
more complexities can be added later on.
