1.权重得初始化时应使用较小值，如果过大，将会导致初始值得激活值逼近1，使得在反向传播得过程中，
梯度消失，进而使得模型梯度下降法失效。
2.修改了交叉熵正负号
3.不能理解pretraining与finetune的优势在哪里
