Can we add some basic documentation and a requirements.txt file so that it's easier for new people to get started with the project? A basic documentation can include quick-start commands and the purpose for each file. Doesn't have to be too exact as the project code is still changing almost regularly.

And the requirements.txt file would allow people to quickly install the Python lib dependencies required to get the code up and running.

Need user-specific tmp directory, containers, and bridges.
