Required: 
  autoconf automake autoconf-archive make perl libtool gcc

Windows: 
  you need install msys2 first https://www.msys2.org/. then make sure you install mingw toolchain on msys2.
  run follow command
$ pacman -S autoconf automake autoconf-archive make perl libtool gcc
  then run follow command on msys2 with mingw environment
$ autoupdate
$ autoreconf -i
  run 
$ ./configure 
  and
$ make -j 8 && make install

Android:
  make sure you have autoconf automake autoconf-archive make perl libtool
  if build on windows, go check windows guide
  edit Android-Build.sh
  run follow command
$ autoreconf -i
  then run follow command
$ ./Android-Build.sh
  if error occured, delete line '#error FIX NEEDED HERE' in file /src/formats.c
