Hi there,
I've noticed that the name of the manifest. files and their locations that mentioned here are different from the names inside this repository.
i.e. the doc says : cd codius-examples/manifest/ while the folder name is examples and there is no such thing as manifest\

or it says codius upload ./nginx-manifest.json --host https://codius.feraltc.com while the manifest file is changed to codius.json everywhere

It is a little misleading for new comers.

Installed most recent version of codius and attempted to run the examples using: codius upload create-react-app-manifest.json --host https://codius.andros-connector.com

This results in (currently) waiting upwards of 10 minutes and only getting (node:19796) MaxListenersExceededWarning: (node) warning: possible EventEmitter memory leak detected. 11 listeners added. Use emitter.setMaxListeners() to increase limit.

What am I missing?
