Usage

First install all the dependencies for development

npm install && bower install

Launch application in development mode

npm run dev

Testing Application

npm run test

Note
Leaflet Map Testing is limited as of this writing, leaflet does not natively support headless browser and it keeps giving out window is not defined error. Refer to PaulLeCam/react-leaflet#69 and PaulLeCam/react-leaflet#45

Unable to install bower dependencies

this error "bower ENOENT No bower.json present" is displayed while running bower install

Indicate when filters are active

The extra filter button should change to blue when one of it's filter are active

Active selection on filter by problem type should have more emphasis

When filtered by Issue Type, the bordered around the non-filtered Types' icons should also be grey. >If not possible, then accentuate the font for the filtered Types by making it bold, so it's easier to see >that it's selected vs the unselected Types.

Fix hiding of filter tab

I like how, after user applies any filter, the filter is applied and then the Filter window automatically disappears. Is this deliberate?
If so, sounds good but keep in mind that this means that, if user wants to apply multiple filters, he has to click the Filters tab again to open the Filters window.
However, this feature does not apply when the user applies an Area filter - the Filter window doesn't automatically close after user selects a filter. Suggest changing this to make it more consistent.

Unable to lunch application in development mode

After succefully running npm install the app doesnot open in development mode when npm run dev is executed.

Implement problem category filter

Add zoom out button on map

Remove zoom out of map on click in the map and instead add zoom out buttom at the top right adjacent to stats card

Change timeline in issue details

Issue details need to include the timeline of changes.

Link map markers on homepage to issues page

Clear all filters message should only appear when filter have been applied

If no filters are applied, the button is useless.

When filtered by Area, suggest automatically zooming map to fit the selected area into the view window.
