Right now Fred responds to only 4 commands

1. help
2. alumni at
3. who is hiring
4. who is hiring at

Is someone send a message that does not match above 4 commands then bot does not respond with anything. This can be confusing to user.

Suggested Fix

Ideally what should happen is that if fred does not recognize a message then it should respond with the help menu.

Fred is case-sensitive to commands, causing frequent confusion among users. Currently he only accepts lower-case commands.

1. Add a command who is hiring in .
2. Filter all the positions/postings that are hiring in the specified location.
3. Return the results to the user

Currently do not have any visibility on usage of the bot. In order to make more informed decisions on investing further into the bot, we should add following logging (to being with):

1. Log query, channel and user every time someone message Fred

Please suggest additional metrics that might be useful.

1. Add a command who is hiring <search phrase>.
2. Filter all the position that matches search phrase (allow partial matching)
3. Return the results to the user

We want to be able to know how people are using Fred. Create a usage log that records commands people are using and exposes it in some ways to admins.

This FAQ can live somewhere where anyone can contribute to it

For messages like "whos hiring", fred shouldn't spam the channel. He should instead tell them to message him directly or send a DM with the answer to the person who asked.

The script runs on the machine as a run-one command. If the script gets stuck, it can't recover. We should add a timeout to the script execution so that it can fix itself
