Write a new rules system for file targets (lacking file:/// leading). Involves a new FILE target type. Should use glob patterns (NOT REGEX).

Recognize and work with google.com the same as https://google.com.

Allow more advanced URL rules based on other elements of the URL, not just the domain name.

Normal URLs and file URLs need to be handled by a different set of rules, so they need their own rulesets.

Allow defining rules about when a particular rule is applied, based on system time.

Instead of requiring the same command to be entered over and over in rules, allow writing command aliases, either in rules.json or in commands.json.

Package as both a Snap (preferred) and Flatpak.
