1. Customer ID will be 4 digit random no.
2. Attach prefix from Web.config.

Just study the part 17 - IOwnerRepository.cs
The contract enforce the implement inside the Repository class, but is it better separate a Services layer for Owner , let say
OwnerService.cs and inject the corresponding repository to do the CRUD operation?

1. At the time of registration, user will add reference no and this reference number should be available in to the system.
2. If reference no will not match - display invalid reference no.
3. User can register only when this Ref no will be valid.
