The bot should allow the user to choose a prompt type and then it should do that prompt as a demo

localeTools exists to illustrate library support
it has its own locale folder and should pull localization strings from there, but it's not
look for the "locale_prompt" use in app/libraries/localeTools.js
the "locale_prompt" key in app/libraries/locale/en/localeTools.js should apply to that, but it's not

Since adding mongoDataService/mongoDataDialog, the bot requires that mongo is running to even work. Check for existence of the environment variable and try to connect and if either fails, fail gracefully.
Return a good message to the user if they hit that dialog.

I currently have the luis and qna recognizers disabled (files renamed) because otherwise they mess with the commands recognizer
