We need to parse the Postgres config file to create the list of parameters and values.
The parsing needs to be able to remove the comments, convert units to bytes (KB, MB, etc).

Add support for the configuration parameter map file containing the list of configuration parameters.
Each line will list a PostgreSQL config parameter name, required resource, and action, and pg_auto_tune will compute the optimized value for each parameter listed in the map file.
