is it possible to limit the number of check marks, the user is allowed to set?
For example: Mark the 3 best answers out of 10.
Perhaps I can validate the number trough a dca-entry?

no big issue but in the tooltip for the button to edit the poll should the %s be replaced by the ID, I guess.

I took a screenshot so you can see what I mean.

Where I can find the template that is loaded for creating the checkbox or radio widget in html?
I've overwrited the default contao form_checkbox and form_radio html templates and I want to use them in your extension, how is that possible?

I've 50-60 options in one poll.
Is there any option to show the form as select field?

Or can this done via DCA?

some of my users reported me that they get an "invalid request token" when they visit a page with a poll. I attached a screenshot of the contao-error-site but it's in German. The contao-logs are empty.

The affected website uses Contao 4.5.6 with Polls 1.5.0.

How about adding a text field 'description' in tl_poll? Could be useful to write the question, if title field is used to identify poll in backend

Currently you use the "old" CSS-classes for the widgets. It would be great to update them to the current standard.

For example:
checkbox container widget --> widget widget-checkbox
Submit container submit_container --> widget widget-submit

Would it be possible to enhance the polls module to give a member the chance to change their votes after? When asking for possible dates in a poll, it would be useful to come back later and select additional options, or remove an option.
For this the polls module actually would need to show the votes you have cast in the first place.

The interval is 0 seconds.

You should use Environment::get('ip') instead of Environment::get('getAddr'), because remoteAddr ist not returning the real IP is Contao is installed on Server with Proxy. Moreove, Environment::get('ip') is returning the real IP und works with Proxies.

Please delete the .htaccess in system/modules/polls. With each update, I have the incorrect .htaccess again on the server.

Thanks for that fine extension! It would be nice to be able to group the polls. E.g create a poll group and then add the questions to the group. Or assign a tag/category to the question and then having the option to filter the tag/category in the poll list module like in your news-categories extension.

The following scenario:

I have a lot of contao members with all the same user/login data for the members area.

Each user is allowed to participate in the survey and cast a vote.

Is it possible to check the IP address of each user to limit the vote?

If I see this correctly, the extension only checkes if this is a registered user.
