Install fails in Pinokio

Hi, thanks for this, I'm not familiar with npm or how Pinokio works, but when using the installer, npm doesn't work and gives the usage:

Specify configs in the ini-formatted file:
    /home/matt/.npmrc
or on the command line via: npm <command> --key value
Config info can be viewed via: npm help config
