When launching Dockerfile, "sonar-cnes-scan-plugin.jar" can not unzip. I had to recompile the project to have a correct ".jar"

Currently, the permissions required to run an analysis are quite huge (Gate Admin, Project creation).
It could be useful to let a non privileged user to run an analysis on an existing project, just based on scan permission on this project.

Describe the solution you'd like

This seems mostly an UI change. The matter is that to do so we have to know the project before evaluating the permissions.

One idea: adapt the parts of current UI dynamically:

• disable Analysis button until permissions are OK
• disable Gate selection if no gateadmin permission
• update all parts when the user types the project's key.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Other option: use two distinct pages, one for new project, one for existing project...

• Change quality profiles widget by a combocheckbox.
• Replace logbook by user friendly error message.
• Refactor help by providing more useful information.
• The analysis form should fit the screen without need of a scrollbar.

We must upgrade cnes-scan to make it work with latest docker-cat

Will be replaced by the future sonar-cnes-cat-plugin...

The plugin sonar-cnes-scan-plugin is loading indefinitely.

To reproduce

1. Install plugin sonar-cnes-scan-plugin "Version : 1.5.0" in SonarQube "Version : 7.9.3.33349
2. Move to IHM and click "More" then "CNES Analysis"

It is impossible to rule an analysis if cnescxx is not plugged on the SoanrQube instance.
