When release is checked out and then reused, SCRAM ARCH is ignores.
Reproduce:

1. Create ticket with scram arch X
2. Generate relvals
3. Create ticket with scram arch Y
4. Generate relvals, release of X will be used

Automatically generate a runTheMatrix.py command, so it could be copy-pasted to TWiki and shared. Try to make the command as close as possible to the real thing.

Do .strip() for input strings in order to prevent accidental characters, e.g. input dataset.

Add new fields to RelVals that would specify GPU attributes such as "class", "driverversion", "memory", "runtime", "runtimeversion".
These values will then be added to the Job dict (ReqMgr2 JSON) and sent to computing.
Fields should also allow empty values which would then not be added to the JSON.

When rejecting workflows, reject Resubmission (ACDC) workflows too

Do not require to specify CMSSW version in each step, just like scram arch, if empty, default value (CMSSW version of RelVal) should be used.

Add scram arch field, so users could specify a non-standard value. If field is left empty, use the default value from releases XML, otherwise use user provided value.

Users don't know all workflow ids and use runTheMatrix.py and grep to find what they need. Somehow fetch all workflows in matrix and allow easy search of workflows.

Describe the bug:
When opening an SSH session to a remote server, if it is busy, a Kerberos ticket is not provided and the operations to execute fail due to unavailable permissions to interact with the filesystem.

Expected behavior:
The application uses Kerberos tickets to authenticate for opening an SSH session, ensuring this is allocated properly even if the server is busy. The last mitigates/suppresses at a high rate issues related to permission errors.

Additional context (optional):
This application requires opening SSH sessions to interact with some internal remote servers for executing some operations like resolve_auto_conditions or running some standalone packages like ‘run the matrix’ via cms-sw releases. When the SSH session is not properly opened, even if the operation is retried, there’s a high probability the same node is used. The last causes a failure in the submission process which requires waiting some minutes and manually retrying the operation.

If request has two workflows, where first one is normal and second one is dead (rejected, aborted, etc.), then in "Workflows" column show the alive one.

List of runs should be translated to a special form of lumis dictionary which then would end up being RunWhitelist

Add feature to edit multiple RelVals at the same time. Not all attributes can be edited in such case, so allow editing only of some.

Increase number of entries per page (in paginator) to 50,100 and 200, like in ReReco machine.

Ticket should allow users to specify which steps, based on --step values, should have --command applied, e.g. if it should be applied only to steps that have GEN-SIM and DIGI in --steps.

Allow custom GEN fragment in GEN step, similar to McM.
