issue "Network Error"

Hello,
first really nice that somebody (you) where trying to make in integration for Obsidian to publish to ghost.

Installed the your integration. But alsoways get an an "Network Error". when publishing. i was trying to figure the reason. But did not manage.

That is what i can read out:

Acess to XMLHttpRequest at 'https://xxx.xxx/ghost/api/admin/posts/?source=html' from origin 'app://obsidian.md' has been blocked by CORS policy: Response to preflight request doesn't pass access control check: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource.
plugin:obsidian-ghost-integration:880     POST https://xxx.xxx/ghost/api/admin/posts/?source=html net::ERR_FAILED

do you have any ideas where this is coming from?
