Use the default schema if one has not been specifically assigned

Need to be able to generate the synonym with example syntax below

create or replace synonym suppliers for app.suppliers;

Not all DBs support such a syntax (sqlserver for example) therefore we will need to generate a drop, and then create
the synonym.

Need to search the web to make sure these are right but I think the following need to be added for sql server support. In the case of sql server it almost looks like it combines synonym with dblink.

• Server
• Database

1. Add the public property
2. Change generation to use the public property if needed
3. Assure the XML Schema will include the "public" attribute (see Issue 12)

We will need to create the sql statements for the various databases.
I think right now we have two we need to create.

• Base synonym statement
• SQL server statement

Add Apache license
Add gradle license plugin

The current implementation of supportsDatabase method in AddSynonymChange uses string matching to determine whether a database is supported.

A better way of doing this would be to use instanceof, as this would protect against changes in those database name strings.

The naming of variables is less than ideal in getConfirmationMessage()

This will match similar functionality and properties in createView
