Add support for client-side HTTP-caching via ETag and other relevant HTTP headers. The idea is to store cache information in the database and thereby skip the downloading and parsing of feeds that haven't changed.

Currently, we're using the Go Standard Library's gob encoder for storing the date field in feed items. (See source here.)

This raises a few questions:

• Will the gob format ever change for the future? (See note about future changes in the documentation.)
• What would happen if the time.Time type changed? This could also break the database.

Use vendoring for Go dependencies. Currently, we're using a shell script to run go get to fetch the dependencies, and that makes us vulnerable to breaking changes from upstream.

Rss2email should use the “content” field for the body of an email message in case the feed item is missing its “description” field.
