About Putty crashes app

PuTTY itself has a custom menu, so there is no Always On Top in it's menu when app is running, but selecting "About Putty" crashes app, possibly because app is trying to impliment itself in a new window of "About Putty" which denies any menu itself, but that's not certain.

How to compile / build the program?

Hi, i'm not very well versed in programming, could you please tell me how to create the executable from the repository on Windows 10?
I have VScode installed if it might be of any help.
