Reporting option isn't clear

The language around opting in/out of analytics reporting, is unclear. It also provides the incorrect instruction, by saying that The plug-in's explanation to opt-out: opts-out, when in fact checking opts-out.

The proposed #1 pull request seeks to address these issues.

Gutenberg block "Stream Library" access not working

When modifying a Gutenberg block for Cloudflare Stream Video, clicking on "Stream Library" presents a blank page that fails to do anything.

Tested with an account that already has videos uploaded directly into the Cloudflare Stream dashboard, and through WordPress via another Cloudflare Stream Video Gutenberg block.

Releasing build scripts

Would you consider releasing the full, buildable source of the plugin (including build scripts) in case anyone wants to take a run at forking and maintaining this? (This is assuming active maintenance is not currently planned for the WordPress plugin.)
