Make sure that a question can inherit a topic from a variable, this should cover the exports and the GUI

Currently there is no way to map a Normal variable to specific grid coordinates. This should be implemented using sub-tables within the master mapping table. There is no way to limit which questions are grid questions or their dimensions under the current structure.

Make sure that related variables and questions have the same topic throughout.

Questions should have a sequence in the same instrument as a parent. All but one sequence within a instrument should have a parent of the same instrument. No circular parents should be permitted.
