Could not reproduce, when I open your savefile and go straight to the bulletin board in the basement it shows the hatchet as craftable. That's with cdda-experimental-2024-06-12-0454.

Of course an undeployed anvil should not allow the hatchet to be crafted, and that's what happens as I saw in another test.

tried testing it again and you're right, it does accept the anvil now as well as the deployed E-forge. I'm not sure what was going on at the time of the reporting then. Could have been some in memory fuckery that was preventing it from recognizing the anvil.
might be good to note that at the time of reporting, it was the same session and moment the camp and the zones were created.
I'll mark this as completed for now and will keep my eyes open should this happen again.
