I'm having some troubles to start with the lib.

Here my code:

package;
import js.Lib;
import js.JQuery;
import js.Browser;
using js.bootstrap.Button;

class TestBootStrap {
    private var myButton:JQuery;

    public function new () {
        initialize ();
    }

    private function initialize () {
        myButton = new JQuery("button").buttonLoading();
    }

    static function main () {
        new TestBootStrap ();
    }
}

In my HTML, I put <button type="button" class="btn" data-loading-text="loading stuff...">...</button>.

Nothing happens, I'm clearly missing something, but what...

I tried to use it with haxe-3.0.0 compiler and get:
haxe-bootstrap/bootstrap/Lib.hx:6: Macro classes are no longer allowed in haxe 3

Any idea on how to replace @:macro class Lib ?
