Make sure that the comments throughout the code are present, clear, and detailed. Once that is done generate and host the javadoc at the github-pages site for this repository.

Perhaps add a graph or some form of visual results. Currently it's just a counter.

Move some of the constants such as IP range and port numbers to a properties file so that they can be easier modified in certain environments.

It would be nice to have a test bank so that the teacher doesn't need to type in questions more than once especially if they are going to use the question in repeat classes. It would also allow them to prepare questions prior to their use.

The teach may need to save the statistical data from questions to use externally in an LMS.

One example is on the Multicast and Unicast Handlers on the system layer. A superclass and/or an interface should be defined here.

Possibly use the Simple Logging Facade for Java.

Create an executable jar that way building isn't required on the various systems.

Make sure that there are tests wrapped around all the methods at the system and service layers.

Gradle offers a bit better build system including better dependency management. It would be beneficial for developers to have it. It also gives us a better step towards independence from the BYU-I Linux Lab.
