That will give us a much better view of the number of concurrent users. We don't really need 15-second increments.

Right now, each sermon just lists the name of the series it is a part of. However, when we show the video metadata, we should also have a series graphic. We can show this in both the series-card (shows up on top of the video in the list) and on the series page itself.

Additional Thoughts...

• Put it behind a feature toggle so that we can have either youtube or ustream live
• Put the live stream on a dedicated /live page.
• Switch the calls to action on the home page to link to /live if we are live (or at least likely to be live)

I absolutely love the new overall layout of the website! It looks fantabulous. You've been up to great work! I should be sending some content updates for a few of the following pages:

1. landing page, (adding a "the church we see" paragraph in lieu of "creating spaces")
2. Our Story page, Update Mission, Vision, Values, and Process in that page
3. Sermons Page, updating immediately to the last two messages & change "sermons" to Messages; then have new messages uploaded by Monday of the following week.
4. Under giving, provide content for one giving paragraph with "ways to give" option tabs as Leilani suggested.
5. Under Events— I love the layout that Leilani pointed out for the events page.
6. Under Serve, Update opportunities to serve and will rewrite content for "Ask me anything"
7. Have all headers in Caps in a larger font

I should have a full document to you sometime early next week. and I'll connect it to this issue.

Click on the version (in the lower right hand corner) a bunch of times and then it brings up a modal allowing you to toggle certain features.

There is a pretty good chance that the users who are sitting on the live sermons page for a very long time are not properly registering from live analytics. This should be able to be resolved by sending a "watching live video" event every minute or so.

Bonus: only do this when the embedded youtube video is actually streaming.

Should follow the same patterns as /contact and /serve/* pages.

This will also require that the email platform can send emails to different addresses based on the contact request type.

Get rid of hierarchy, make work with Youtube videos.

Ideally, the form would be local and we would submit using an API. If that is not possible, it should detect the end of the experience somehow and redirect to /thank-you upon completion. This is difficult though because of cross-origin iframe protections. Good luck future me 😄 .

Use latest versions of Angular and Angular CLI

This page, in particular, is largely just a list. The styling can be significantly improved instead of having individual paragraphs for each line item.

On the landing page, we have Sabbath Worship Service can we change that to "worship with us" So that it can be inclusive of those who don't understand "adventese" and if we could take down the prayer meeting announcements and change the time for the bible study to 7pm instead of 6pm.

Make portal that contains Adventist Giving, Easy Tithe, and Text to Donate.

The only place where we listed our service time and location is in the footer and on the locations page. This should be much more prevalent. For now, I will add it to the main page details and additional details in the locations. But we should really have a whole page dedicated to this. It is a pretty big function of the church 😄.

@jstphard, any thoughts on what details you would like to see in this or if we have any photos that would go along well with it?

When I initially did this, I used the following snippet of code:

ga('set', 'appVersion', this.env.version);

This apparently doesn't work and I believe that is because it is only applicable to application tracking and not web tracking. The generally accepted workaround is to instead use a custom dimension where we can instead inject the application version.

• Only Verticals between buttons (not borders)
• Ideally, when the buttons wrap on mobile, there will be no vertical at the end of the line

It has been broken for awhile now...

It is no longer consistent with the overall UX. Needs to be updated.

Not really being used as a hero element anymore. That functionality ended up in the header. It is really just a specific styling for an image element. So the right action here might just be to remove the logic that no longer applies and clean up the name.

That is how we get prerender.io to tell google that a page doesn't exist. If we don't do this, it will eventually hurt our search order.

@jstphard, The copy (the text) on the homepage is just a blurb from our about us screen. Do you have anything more appropriate that I could put on this page?
