Integrate CLI with minos.template.EntrypointLauncher

Add command to run the `minos.template.EntrypointLauncher`

Initial version example:

Implement a service launcher that orchestrates the services defined on the config file.

Define the recommended microservice structure

use the minos_package file structure standard

Integrate `minos.networks.CommandBroker` with `minos.saga.SagaExecution` to publish messages on kafka

Update `.gitignore` ignoring documentation-generated files

In order to avoid that unexpected files are committed, I propose to extend the excluded files adding the following lines:

# lmdb database
*.mdb

# Sphinx Api Documentation
docs/api

This issue is a clone of: Clariteia/minos-pypackage#12

Include `typer.Typer` in the package

Provide a MinosConfig file as a default file

The Microservice template must have a configuration file with the default configuration parameters

Add `minos.saga`, `minos.networks` and `minos.common` dependencies.

modify name of template package to microservice

Create Docker image

Create a Docker image to run the microservice.
Provide a docker-compose file to get the dependencies up.
- Create database structure within postgres container
The Docker image must be small in size.

Implement a way to connect the `minos.networks.CommandReplyBroker` with the `minos.saga.SagaExecutionStorage`

Microservice must subscribe to Discovery Service
