Something wrong in AMR

Thanks for your work and we are interested in your AMR library.

However, when I implement it in OF7 for computing spherical flame propagation in a 2D computational domain. The boundary BC at front and back is wedge. However, the AMR shows as follows.

May be the AMR library not suitable for 2D wedge boundary?
