The purpose of “The Mentor” is to create and evolve company culture by utilizing best practices within HR departments. The Mentor is a specialized tool to help HR Directors and other leaders —or now known as mentors— within the company by collecting employee information, their goals, desired career path, and personal interests. The Mentor will make suggestions not only for professional growth but personal i.e. Professional Certifications or Courses, Book / Audiable Recommendations, Recommended Mentors within the company.
The Mentor will assist leadership and other director level employees by creating data visualization tools i.e. overhead, CTC, Hours on projects, Departments courses hours, Department Ratings. The Mentor will allow users in leadership roles to assign courses, continued education, and other various recommendations to their teams.

Before running locally. Configure local database with a sql workbench application. Use the schema.sql that is provided to build the database and tabels. Import json file with dummy data. Run npm install
to download and install all packages locally. Change config file with local credentials. Run node server.js
