Hi, thanks for making this great template.

One issue is when I tried to use it and compile on Mac, it gives errors on missing fonts. It seems to require fonts from linux system. Anyway to resolve this issue?

How can I add "This page intentionally left blank" to the blank pages that are created to ensure that chapters will start on the right side of the book?

Right now there is a bug that result in the page number to only appear in the chapter page.

This is caused by "Abstract.tex" using \pagestyle instead of \thispagestyle .

i.e. \pagestyle{empty} should be changed into \thispagestyle{empty}
