• Allow for interoperability between Rust's time handling (via chrono) and SPICE: this could be used to easily fetch kernel information from a Rust time
• Build a kernels.rs module which simplifies handling of SPICE kernels

• Move macros to macros.rs
• Create error handling file errors.rs: should redirect errors to be handle by this, also figure out how to return a Result from all clean spice calls
• Ensure tests are still ran

• Allow direct unfettered access to cspice from Rust which might have to wrapped with the unsafe keyword.
• Add a test suite similar to that of SpiceyPy

This will make it easier to upgrade to later version, and make it a bit more clear that this is a Rust project. Moreover, git submodules are cool.

I was looking through the code and saw you aren't attempting any error recovery from SPICE errors, even to give a result back in Rust code. Have you read this required reading page: https://naif.jpl.nasa.gov/pub/naif/toolkit_docs/C/req/error.html ? It summarizes how error messages in CSPICE work and how to turn them off / handle them properly.

It should be possible to detect SPICE errors and return results properly.
