Re-structure theme files to include an info section that gets displayed showing an example, and explaining sections of the theme.

pallette printing should:

• make much better use of screen real estate.
• be in better color pallettes (e.g. more logical/fluid color transitions)
• allow output as color text or as color blocks (or both)

if a color name is incorrect, an unhandled error is spewed from _face, rather than simply ignoring the color attribute and printing in the default fg color

the last digit of any element cannot exceed 5 - need to rewrite regex to accomodate.

• translate rgb values to X color names (or fairly close), so face can be be invoked in high-color with well-known color names, as well as rgb values.

prompt is incorrect when not in an xterm (xterm titlebar data is spewed to console)

better to allow contrib to override theme of same name in standard, and then allow personal to override both.
