Welcome Screen with Musikquiz Machine 3000 in the center.

Two buttons available
Button 1: Create new quiz
Button 2: Start a quiz -> Displays list of already created quizzes, user needs to select one to start it

Flow:
Open musik quiz machine 3000 -> Select already created quiz -> Show execution dashboard -> Show result list

We need to have a wizard sort of approach to guide the users through the creation of a music quiz.

Steps:

1. Name of the quiz, Number of rounds, number of questions per round
2. Select playlist + tracks (allow random selection
3. Random select questions for the selected tracks

Instead of plain js we need to use a modern framework. SvelteKit should be used.

The user should follow the right order while creating his quiz.
