Improve docs
The README needs some love with more docs and usage examples.
Add support for quotas
The library should support disk quotas so that users can be limited in the amount of data they store.
Add support for device size
The "device" used for the storage should have a concept of storage space.
Create init method
Currently two lines of code are needed to register the stream wrapper, and get the root directory instance. This should be combined into an init method.
Test on multiple PHP versions
The library should be tested on multiple versions of PHP. This can be achieved by using https://github.com/marketplace/actions/setup-php-action.
