tasks don't acknowledge defaults from json

when I have a bolt task with specified defaults in its json, they are ignored and I have to specify them again on the command line. Defaults should be used if specified.

Update of mcollective_agent_bolt_tasks needed

The current mcollective_agent_bolt_tasks module does not include all the changes to the tasks application which happened in choria-io/mcorpc-ruby-support#91: it looks like the files in the files/mcollective/agent directory where updated, but not the one in files/mcollective/application.

As a consequence, when running tasks with mco(1) it is not possible to use the --run-as USERNAME parameter.

Add dependency on pxp-agent on FreeBSD

FreeBSD does not feature an AIO package and tasks support depends on execution_wrapper which is a part of the pxp-agent of PuppetLabs which has reached the ports tree recently.

We should add a dependency on this package for this specific operating system.
