Some package maintainers don’t even bother to change the the content of <title>, the <summary> or the <description> in the nuspec and just leave it identical to the package ID, ignoring the guidelines.

I suggest to use __REPLACE__ for these fields in the templates and not __NAME__. That will force package maintainers to think more about a proper content.

It would be my pleasure to make a PR for this.
