Using python-prospector on a module in a nested package that uses from .. import to import from the parent package reports a false negative.

Example package layout:

foo/__init__.py
foo/bar.py
foo/qux/__init__.py
foo/qux/bah.py

Then if foo/qux/bah.py contains from .. import bar, it will work in Python itself, will pass the PyLint test if run directly, but will report a failure in an emacs buffer using python-prospector.

Thanks for the port of prospector to flycheck.

It seems that the regex used to detect the folder containing the prospector config file does not support all the possible names (see https://github.com/landscapeio/prospector2/blob/master/prospector2/profiles/__init__.py for what I think is the list of valid names).

I noticed this bug trying to use flycheck-prospector on a project where the config file was prospector.yml (without .). Changing the name to .prospector.yml solved the issue in this instance.
