For some gifs we encounter on the web, the graphics extension block is repeated 2 times, and the last one seems to be valid. It breaks decoding of those gifs. Browser and all image viewers seem to parse them correctly.

The solution to this seems to be to get the last extension block instead of the first one. For normal gifs it changes nothing, but for those rare cases it fixes them.

I'm not sure what is the format that has 2 graphics extension blocks. And why the first one is even needed in those gifs.
