Nice fonts, colors, background please. Style the list of rules.

Issue

The styling and js of the site was created using webpack in a separate repo; however, we were unable to merge the front-end repository with this one easily to make our release deadline. Thus the files were compiled in the front-end repository and then copied in their compiled state to this repo.

Request

Fix the front-end configuration to use webpack in this repo. Also add documentation to the README with instructions on how to contribute to the front-end code.

Issue

@CoralineAda developed a new Coder Covenant that is awesome sauce.

Request

Replace the copy in the sign up module with the text in this Covenant.

Issue

The Join Me section is designed nicely, but is not clickable. We've received feedback that users are expecting to be directed to the sign up portion.

Request

Make the "Join Me" call to action clickable. Clicking on it should direct the user to the sign up portion.

Problem

This HTML title text currently says "Hello, World!" which can be seen in the browser tab when the page is open. This is legacy from the project this site was forked from.

Solution

Change this to be "Chi Tech Diversity" and verify it works.

Proposed website outline --

JOIN

• Signup box with CAPTCHA and required checkbox to ensure that they read the Code of Conduct.

ABOUT

• About section with a description of what the group is about. Expect a ~2 sentence mission statement and maybe a 1-2 paragraph description.\
• A selection of the important channels and a one sentence description of what they are. Probably expect to feature 8 channels. (Ex. #general, #slack-help, #community-organizers, etc.)

RULES

• Code of Conduct section
• An etiquette section that contains a bullet point list of etiquette rules.
