ios下取到的图片无法在<img>标签中显示

ios下取到的图片在Documents路径下，路径大概是这样'/var/mobile/Containers/Data/Application/XXXX-XXX-XXX/Documents/IMG_001.JPG'。
在<img src="">中填上src, 图片不能正常显示。但是把图片移动到tmp路劲下后，可以使用<img>正常显示。

造成这种情况的原因是什么？
在不移动图片的情况下，有没有在网页中显示图片的方案呢？
