Translating to a new language

  • In Cocos Creator, Copy resources/lang/en to resources/lang/xx
  • Translate resources/lang/xx/i18n.json to local language
  • In Cocos Creator, Copy assets/help/en-help to assets/help/xx-help. Make it a bundle by clicking on isBundle
  • For each mp3, copy the xx language file with the same name by pasting in Cocos Creator. Make use of cocos_courses/scripts/tts.py to generate
  • In the code, in config.ts, add a new lang to enum Lang
  • Search for Lang.HINDI and add reference to new lang wherever Lang.HINDI is present
  • Open help-audio repo (which will be opened through cocos_courses Cocos Creator project). Copy en-help-remote to xx-help-remote
