Pylab isn't available in Python3, so it needs to be replaced by np

As the Universe class is the container of all the objects in the software, we need to implement a "save all" and "load all" methods. These methods should save and load to files ALL the sources and objects defined through the Universe API.

Need to check if some code can be done using scipy.stats or astropy.stats

As now ASYDO is concentrated in asydopy module, we want to use setuptools for installing asydo in site-packages. We need to investigate how to do this, and maybe start using virtualenv (not mandatory).
