Animated electrons that move along the orbits. Option to choose between clockwise or counterclockwise movement for all orbits or alternate.

Show a menu at the beginning so one can change:

• drawing speed
• line width
• dot (electron) size
• line and fill colors
• input mode (manual or element symbol as described in #1)

Integration with Mendeleev so one could:

• enter the element name or atomic number and get the drawing for the neutral atom
• same as above plus charge to get the drawing for an ion

The Mendeleev package has methods to get the electronic configuration given an element symbol.

The integration could be made via:

• prompt python -m bohr_turtle.py <element symbol>
• a CLI menu with an option to use element symbol or manual input (project first version)

Raise exceptions when 0 or negative values are used.

Main as a loop so that new drawings could be made without the need to run the script again
